Jennifer Donahue and Alene Fisher are two moms who were sick of searching high and low for pants to fit their tall, slim kids. The adjustable waists on most pants they found bunched and gathered uncomfortably. And their kids were growing “up” so quickly, pants that fit one week were too short the next.

So, they decided to take matters into their own hands. After many measurements and a little bit of trial and error, Stringbeans are here: pants that will fit comfortably and last for kids who are long and lean.

Our goal is meticulous construction and a perfect fit for kids who are long and lean. That means uncomplicated styling and a hem you can cuff up or leave down, so they will fit your slim kid this year and into the next.
